Trials Register

The Back Group's Trials Register is a comprehensive database of information about treatment interventions for neck and back pain. The register contains reports of clinical trials, systematic reviews, and guidelines related to back and neck pain. A subset of the CBRG Trials Register may be searched through The Cochrane Library. All reports of clinical trials, whether randomization is described or implied, are submitted to CENTRAL, and can be seen using this link:

The CBRG Trials Register is populated by the results of ongoing electronic database searches, by handsearching, by quarterly searches of international healthcare guideline sources and by the results of specific searches and reference checks of included studies for individual reviews.

Regular searches for ongoing trials of back and neck pain treatments are conducted in the U.S National Institute of Health database of clinical trials, ClinicalTrials.gov, as well as via the World Health Organization’s International Clinical Trials Registry Platform Search Portal.

The database is maintained in Reference Manager version 10.
